We are equiped with all the needed tools to do the repairs on engines.
Beyond the engines overhaul, we are prepared to perform the Overhaul, 500 hours inspection on Bendix (TCM) magnetos and the 500 hours inspections on Slick magnetos. We also do other inspections/repairs on both magneto brands.
Shock Load Inspection is the intervention made after a propeller strike or an hydraulic lock (Lycoming SB533 & TCM SB96-11)
Top Overhaul, is the repair or replacement of the cylinders kit (cylinder assembly, piston, piston rings, piston pin), this intervention does not extend the TBO of the engine.
An engine overhaul is the complete disassembly of the engine, cleaning, inspection (visual and dimensional), improvement of parts (ex.: rusty parts), replacement of mandatory parts (according with manufacturers Overhaul Manual and SB’s), assembly, painting and final test of the engine on test bench (Dyno or Propeller). After this Overgaul the TBO of the engine is reset back to zero.
